Paula has been involved with Christian NGOs since 2012. Being exposed to different contexts and cultures has made her sensitive to the voice of God and His will for her life: serving. Her ample experience in nonprofits goes from coordinating event projects, raising funds and strengthening strategic alliances in several organizations such as Compassion International, Potter's House Association, Bible Society of Guatemala and The Christian Broadcasting Network. She has participated as a volunteer in The Trauma Healing Institute, Generation to Generation Network and in local church events with engagement purposes.
