Shawn Manley


Shawn has served nonprofits for three decades in various roles: senior pastor, nonprofit CEO, chief development officer, multiple board positions, and more. He holds a bachelor’s degree in nonprofit administration from the University of Washington.

He currently serves as President Emeritus for Helping Hand House and board chair for Nations Foundation. He is a Foursquare licensed minister and NIMS/FEMA certified Foursquare Disaster Response Chaplain.

A consulting partner with Dr. Scott Rodin, he specializes in strategic planning, board development, interim executive leadership, and capital campaigns. Shawn and his wife Cheryl raised their children in Puyallup Washington. Their son is a published artist, and their daughter is training for church ministry.
